Creamed Eggs on Toast
This is the perfect way to use up extra hard boiled eggs!
You can make this in 15 minutes with only 5 ingredients.
Begin by melting butter in a large saucepan or skillet.
Add the flour.
Whisk in flour until smooth and cook for about one minute.
Pour in milk, continuing to whisk until until mixture comes to a simmer.
Simmer + season.
Keep whisking occasionally as mixture simmers and begins to thicken. Add seasoning salt.
Add those eggs!
When sauce is thick and creamy, add hard boiled eggs. Stir and cook until eggs are warmed through.
Serve over toast
