Ingredients

  • 1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix 8.5 oz
  • 1 box Jiffy Golden Yellow Cake Mix 9 oz
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the two dry mixes.
  • Add eggs, milk, and water, and whisk until combined. Batter will be lumpy.
  • Pour into greased 9x13 pan and allow to sit for at least 5 minutes before baking.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes until top is golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.
