Ingredients
115 ozSpice Cake Mix
1cupRolled Oats
2eggs
1/2cupbuttermelted
2tablespoonswater
1cupButterscotch chips
1/2cupSemi Sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Stir together the cake mix and oats in a large bowl.
Add the melted butter, eggs, and water and stir until just combined.
Add the butterscotch and chocolate chips.
Allow dough to rest for 5-10 minutes.
Scoop dough onto lightly greased cookie sheet by rounded tablespoons. (I use a 1.5 tablespoon cookie dough scoop and scrape it level.)
Bake about 10 minutes until side are set and tops are slightly cracked. Cool for a few minutes on the cookie sheet, then remove to a cooling rack to cool completely.
Notes
You can use any combination of chips you'd like here, using a total of 1.5 cups. You can also save out about 1/4 cup of chips and place them on top of the cookie dough balls just before baking.
