Salt Shaker Snowman Craft

Turn a set of salt and pepper shakers into adorable snowmen in this easy Christmas craft.

Equipment

  • Hot Glue Gun
  • Superglue

Ingredients

  • Salt and Pepper Shakers
  • Ping Pong Balls
  • Epsom Salt
  • Ribbon
  • Toothpick
  • Orange and Pink Paint
  • Black Sharpie

Instructions

  • Dip the end of a toothpick into orange paint, then set it aside to dry.

  • Fill one of the shakers with epsom salt. Glue a ping pong ball on top of the glass shaker. It's best to dot the top edge of the salt shaker with super glue first, then add hot glue in between and immediately place the ping pong ball on top.

  • Glue the lid on top of the ping pong ball for a hat.

  • Dip a q-tip into pink paint and dot on pink cheeks. Use the sharpie to draw eyes and dot on a mouth.

  • Cut the pointed end off the toothpick, then glue it on for a nose. Gluing it flat on the face (instead of poking out) will be more secure.

  • Tie a length of ribbon on as a scarf, fringing the edges.
