Ingredients
118 ozBrownie MixI use Duncan Hines chewy fudge family size mix
2tablespoonsFlour
2Eggs
1/4cupVegetable Oil
1/2cupSemi Sweet Chocolate Chipsoptional
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a medium bowl, add the brownie mix, flour, eggs and vegetable oil and stir together using a wooden spoon or sturdy spatula. When dough is mostly combined, add chocolate chips and stir them in as well. The cookie dough will be quite thick.
Using a medium cookie scoop (#40, 1.5 tablespoons), scoop dough out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (or lightly greased).
Bake 8-10 minutes until edges are set, tops are cracked, and centers still look soft. Allow to cool on the cookie sheet for 2-3 minutes before removing to a wire rack or paper towel to cool completely.
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Notes
I add semi-sweet chocolate chips to this recipe. You could use dark chocolate, milk chocolate, or white chocolate if you prefer. These cookies also taste amazing without any chips in them at all.
