Buffalo Chicken Crescent Rollups

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pillsbury Crescents or Pillsbury Crescent Sheet

Filling

  • 1 cup Cooked Shredded Chicken 1 large breast
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dry Ranch Dressing Mix

For Serving

  • Ranch or Bleu Cheese Dressing For Dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a bowl, mix the chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, ranch seasoning mix, and wing sauce.
  • Open the tube of crescents and unroll the dough but do not separate into individual triangles. Shape the dough into a rectangle, gently pressing the perforations together. (If using a crescent sheet, just unroll it and gently press into a rectangle.)
  • Spoon the filling onto the crescent dough then spread out into an even layer. Spread all the way to 3 edges, leaving about an inch of space along one long edge.
  • Roll the rectangle from the other long edge into a long. Use a sharp knife to cut 12 even slices and place them on a lined baking sheet. (If you don't have parchment paper place them directly on the baking sheet without greasing.)
  • Bake about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve immediately with ranch or bleu cheese dressing for dipping. These can also be served at room temperature, but they should be stored in the fridge.
