Optional: Fill the holes on the ghost ornaments with spackle and let dry.
Distress ghost ornaments with sand paper. This will make the spackle filled holes less noticeable.
Cut two matching circles from cardboard that each have a 12 inch diameter. Cut a smaller circle from the center of each (5.75-6 inches) to create donut shapes. Paint one side and the edges of each cardboard donut.
Place the ghosts on one of the cardboard donuts so they look like they are flying around in a circle.
When you are happy with the placement, hot glue each ghost down.
Flip the wreath over. Stack the ribbons and fold them in the middle then cross them over to create a loop. Hot glue it to the back of the cardboard.
Hot glue the other cardboard donut onto the back. Trim the ribbons to the desired length.
Display on a door that is protected from rain.
