One area in which I’ve failed as a mom is teaching my kids to write thank you notes. I can remember my mom sitting us down after Christmas and having us write notes to grandparents and cousins, etc., but when it comes to my own kids I’ve pretty much dropped the ball there. It’s just one of those things that doesn’t get done even though it totally should…so I decided to make it easy on all of us this year with some cute fill-in-the-blank thank you card printables.
These cards are free to download and they’re perfect for kids who are just learning to write. Now instead of sitting next to your kindergartener for half your lifetime spelling out a card full of words at a snail’s pace, you’ll only have to help her spell a few. And she won’t get discouraged and decide she hates writing thank you notes.
Instead, she might actually think it’s fun.
Even kids who are a little older will like the fun designs and the fact that they can finish a thank you note in no time:
There are four different versions:
Download the “out of this world” thank you note by clicking here.
Download the “it’s sweet” thank you note by clicking here.
Download the “it’s magical” thank you note by clicking here.
Download the “it rocks” thank you note by clicking here.
Just download the one you want, print it out on cardstock (they come 2 to a page), and cut them out.
Then get your kids thanking everyone who sends them gifts this year, and pat yourself on the back for being a better mom than I’ve been so far. Who know? Grandma might even get thank you notes from my kids this year 🙂

Thank you! I have come back to use these repeatedly!
