Fancy charcuterie boards have been popular for a few years – and they are beautiful! But also pretty intimidating to put together. Today’s project is a super easy, simple version of a fruit and cheese board that anyone can make. Shaped like a sunflower, this board is both adorable and delicious, and it’s going to look great at your next summer party.

Ingredients
Here’s what you need to make a sunflower cheese board:
- Blueberries: Approximately one pint of blueberries, often sold in an 11 oz package.
- Blackberries: Approximately one cup of blackberries, often sold in a 6 oz package.
- Sugar Snap Peas: Approximately 20 peas.
- Ritz Crackers: Approximately one sleeve of crackers
- Cheese Slices: I used “cracker cuts” cheese that is already sliced into squares, and I used most of a 10 oz package. I used gouda cheese because it was similar in color to the Ritz crackers.
I built the sunflower on an 11 inch plate, which was then placed on a 18 inch round board so there is room to add a stem.
